Questions
Which networks can I connect?
Facebook Pages, Instagram professional accounts, X, LinkedIn profiles and company Pages, YouTube channels, Pinterest, Google Business Profile locations and Threads. Eight networks, one login each.
Do I need a professional Instagram account?
Yes. Instagram only lets apps publish to Business and Creator accounts. Switching is free and takes two minutes in the Instagram app; you keep your followers and posts.
What happens if a post fails?
You get a notification with the reason in plain words, for example "the image ratio is not supported", and a Retry button. Short outages are retried automatically, three times.
Can my client approve posts without an account?
Yes. Every brand has a private review link. Your client opens it on their phone, sees the posts waiting, and approves or asks for changes. Their note lands with the writer.
Is my password safe?
We never see it. You sign in on the network's own page and it gives us a key that only allows what you approved. Remove a channel and the key is deleted.
How do I pay?
Monthly or yearly in taka, by bKash, Nagad or bank transfer. No card needed. The Free plan stays free.
