Terms of use

The service

Ovelit Reach is provided by OveliTHub. By creating an account you agree to these terms. If you use it for a company or for clients, you confirm you may accept them on their behalf.

Your accounts and content

You keep ownership of everything you upload and publish. You give us permission to store it and send it to the networks you choose, only to run the service. You are responsible for what you publish and must have the right to use its text, images, music and video.

The networks' rules

Every connected network has its own terms and community rules (for example the Meta, X, LinkedIn, Pinterest and Google terms, and the YouTube Terms of Service). You agree to follow them. A network may limit, change or stop what apps can do; when that happens a feature here may stop working until we adapt it. We are not responsible for a network's decisions about your account or content.

Acceptable use

• No spam, fake engagement, or automated follow and like activity.
• No content that is illegal in Bangladesh or in the country you target, or that deceives people.
• No access to accounts you are not allowed to manage.
• No attempts to break, overload or reverse engineer the service.

We may suspend a workspace that breaks these rules, and tell the owner why.

Plans and payment

Prices are in taka and shown on the pricing page. Paid plans run for the months you paid for. If a payment lapses, the workspace moves to the Free plan limits; nothing is deleted. Payments are not refunded for a partly used month, except where the law says otherwise.

Availability

We work to publish every post on time and keep the service running, but cannot promise it will never be interrupted. If a post could not be published, the app tells you and lets you retry.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, our liability for any claim is limited to what you paid us in the three months before it. We are not liable for indirect losses such as lost sales.

Ending

You can delete your workspace at any time under Settings. These terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh. Questions: hello@ovelithub.com.
